Ingredients
- Macaroni pasta
- Shallots
- Salt
- Black pepper
- All-purpose seasoning
- Paprika
- Garlic granules
- Cheddar
- Mozzarella
- Butter
- Milk
Method
- Cook 4 cups of macaroni pasta with a pinch of salt, as per the instructions on the pack
- Add a stick of butter/ 2 tbsps of butter to a pot
- Add 2 finely chopped shallots and sautee for 2-3 minutes
- Season with:
- 1 tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- 1 tsp. of all-purpose seasoning
- Add 2 cups of milk, season further:
- ½ tsp. of paprika
- 2 tsps of garlic granules
- Start to add in your grated cheese:
- 2 cups of cheddar
- 2 cups of mozzarella
- Cooked down until the cheese fully melts
- Add in your cooked pasta and mix thoroughly into the cheese sauce
- Add this to a baking tray, and top with more grated cheddar and mozzarella. Don’t hold back – making sure all of our pasta is covered in cheese
- Bake for 35-40 minutes on 170°C
