- 4x ca. 250g turkey wings
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic granules
- All-purpose
- Seasoning cube
- Vegetable oil
- Brown onion
- Scotch bonnet
- Red bell pepper
- Spring onion (optional)
- Red onion (optional)
Method
- Clean ca. 4x ca. 250g wings of turkey with water
- Season as follows:
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. of black pepper
- 1 tsp. of garlic granules
- 1 tbsp. of all-purpose
- ½ tsp. of oil
- ¼ brown onion, sliced
- Massage seasonings into the turkey
- Add to a pot with ~200ml of water and boil for 20 minutes
- Remove and add to a baking tray
- Bake on 170°C for 45 minutes
- Create your pepper mix by blending roughly (use a food processor):
- ½ brown onion
- At least 1 scotch bonnet pepper (with seeds)
- 2 medium red bell peppers
- In a pan, add 2 tbsps of oil and heat up on a medium to hot temperature for ca. 2 minutes
- Add your pepper mix and season with 1x seasoning cube
- After cooking down for 15 minutes, add ca. 200ml of the turkey stock (made from boiling the turkey earlier)
- Add all-purpose to taste
- Finally, re-add your turkey. Toss into the pepper mix and allow to cook low for a final 5-10 minutes
- Garnish with red and spring onions
